A New Brunswick based recording artist is looking for a capable lead guitarist.
Style: New Country/Crossover with a rock edge.
All original material.
New CD is recorded and is coming out late spring. Nashville and European label interest.
Festival and special event gigs this summer with potential of international touring starting later this year.
The ideal candidate will be a master of the instrument and a quick study. Ability to sing back up vocals would be a plus, but isn't a requirement.
Valid passport and no travel restrictions are a must. No bad habits and a good attitude - check your ego at the door !

Setting out to make his fourth album, Turn Time Off, David Myles knew he was ready to try something a little different. From the opening moments of the melancholic Out of Love, Myles owns each and every song. He fuses the tracks with emotion without losing the listener. His thoughts could be yours, and as the warm melodies make you sway in time you get lost in the record. Gentle picks and touching harmonies fit perfectly beside experimental sounds (he drifts into a reggae feel on Run Away and even adds some spacey fuzz and dub to the quizzically titled Peace of Mind), subtle textures and even some Chuck Berry inspired electric chug. Singer-songwriter David Myles will release his fourth album Turn Time Off on April 19th. The new songs flow through pop, folk, jazz, and blues, and back again. I’d never heard of David Myles until I received an advance of this album, but I’ll be sure to follow his career from now on.
