Canadian sensation Bobby Bazini returns to Capitol stage
The Capitol Theatre is proud to present Canadian singer Bobby Bazini on Sunday, April 30th at 7:30 p.m. The performance also features opening act Elliot Maginot. Tickets are on sale at the Capitol Theatre Box Office at $36 for members and $39 for the general public. The TD Arts Access program is offered on this performance (tickets at 50% off for people under 30). This performance is presented as part of the 2016-2017 Capitol Theatre season presented by Louisbourg Investments.
Back by popular demand following his last appearance at the Capitol in the fall of 2015, this Quebec-born singer returns on our stage to present his repertoire of English songs. Bazini was a double-nominee at the 2011 Juno Awards, following the release of his very first album, Better in Time. His follow-up album, Where I Belong, also had a resounding success, selling upwards of 125,000 copies in less than 12 months, which made it the best-selling Canadian album of 2014.
It’s no surprise that his newest release Summer Is Gone is also very popular among his fans. His soulful music charms the audiences everywhere he plays.
As was the case for his last Moncton show in 2015, Elliot Maginot will be featured as the concert’s opening act. This singer-songwriter’s career is also gaining traction, with featured appearances at many prestigious festivals, such as Festival d’été de Québec, the Montréal International Jazz Festival, POP Montréal and many more.
Tickets for Bobby Bazini are on sale at the Capitol Theatre Box Office (811 Main Street, Moncton). They can also be purchased by calling 506-856-4379 or 1-800-567-1922 or online, at www.capitol.nb.ca.
