Ontario tour review

Well I made it home safely to the family after a 6,800km, 12-day tour of Ontario. From the Niagara Peninsula, to the western shore, to Timmins and back, and armed with my hybrid electric car, acoustic guitar, and pop-up mini-tent, it was a great success and experience in every way! I'll be back to many of the same venues for an even bigger trip next year. Sincere thanks to everyone who bought my music, signed up to my newsletter (almost 200 of you), hired me, offered advice, and gave me a place to stay. The support was unexpected and overwhelming! My final performance (above pic) in Grand Bend, on the Lake Huron Beach, with the sun setting over hundreds of beautiful people was a fitting finale to a grand adventure! I'll return soon!

See you in September

Well it's been a heavenly summer season, but now I'm settling back down to earth, with a busy family routine, and recording and producing my next record. I'll also be returning to the very few local venues that I love to play regularly:

Sept 2: Kouchibouguac National Park Ampitheatre. 7pm
Sept 8: The Nook & Cranny, Truro. 9pm
Sept 9: The International Sussex Balloon Fiesta. 8:30pm
Sept 15: An Octopus' Garden, Alma. 8pm
Sept 16: The Barrel's Head, Rothesay. 8pm
Sept 22: The Cask & Kettle, Saint John. 9:30pm
Sept 23: Ringo's, Fredericton. 7pm
Sept 29: The Barrel's Head, Rothesay. 8pm
Sept 30: The Pump House Brewery, Moncton. 9pm

Do what you can

It's official: music streaming revenue has surpassed that of mp3 downloads for songwriters like me. While I still sell CDs at shows, and see download sales from scattered locations around the world, it is the streaming playlists that really keep my music going nowadays. Chances are, you already have apps like Apple Music, Pandora, or Spotify, so look me up on those and add me to your favourite playlists! I definitely have tunes for all occasions! But if you'd like an old-fashioned, autographed CD, I can help you out too. Just reply to this email, or find them on my official website here.
