Mud City Meltdown Music Festival Returning to Moncton July 24-28
Moncton’s Mud City Meltdown (MCMD) is set to take over the city July 24-28, 2018 for its fourth edition. The 5-day festival will feature live performances throughout downtown’s various venues by award winning and emerging artists from across the east coast.
This year’s lineup features a diverse range of acts, spanning genres like metal, punk, blues, folk, and more. First off are Canadian trash metal legends, Sacrifice. “When the prospect of Sacrifice returning to the Maritime after a 27 year hiatus became reality, we were beyond ecstatic!” explains Festival Manager, Xavier Léger. The show will take place at the festival’s main stage venue in the Tide and Boar Ballroom. Opening the show will be Piss Horse (members/x-members of Hope/Iron Giant/Fear Agent/Dischord/Phoque Sakes), followed by East Coast Thrash Metal greats, Spew.
