As part of the Shivering Songs festival that took place late last month in Fredericton, Laurie Browntraveled to New Brunswick to record a live Pondercast in front of an audience at the Fredericton Public Library. It was a dark, still night and Laurie transfixed everyone in that room with stories about public speaking, libraries, and Henry Miller, all between live musical scoring by Joshua Van Tassel and Sandro Perri.

Another special performance during the festival was local band Motherhood accompanied by the George St. Middle School 8th grade choir. CHSR Sessions, a new podcast in conjunction with the local campus/community radio station, recorded the performance and interviewed the band afterwards.
