Michelle Ackerson is one of today's new up and coming Christian artists. She calls Tide Head, a small community in northern New Brunswick, Canada her home. Her passion for singing comes from a desire to bring hope to people of this generation with the message of ultimate Love from Jesus Christ our Savior.
Besides singing, Michelle has also put pen to paper for the first time and wrote and composed 5 of her own songs for the album. This is where you hear her passion for her best friend, Jesus. Her style of music is very unique and original, but caters more to contemporary worship music. She enjoys travelling and sharing through her music what God has done for her.
Before her first mainline project had even been completed and her first single released to radio, she was nominated for the MGMA new artist of 2016!! Though her ministry is young, she has already had many opportunities to participate in events such as local telethons and events; choirs; MGMA awards; Chapel Valley artist Christmas concert, Rogers TV Musifusion local programming and most recently opening for Sanctus Real a band from Ohio, USA.
