Originally from France, Estelle Salmon started her musical education at the Conservatory of Lille. She pursued in Paris where she obtained her Diploma of Musical Studies. Then she went at the "École Supérieure Musique et Danse des Hauts-de-France" where she obtained the National Superior Professional Diploma of Musician, the State Diploma of Music Teacher and a Bachelor's degree in music performance. At the same time, Estelle teaches in music schools and contributes to musical projects of all kinds : chamber music, symphony orchestra, opera, musicals, contemporary music, electronic music.

Since she settled in in the Bathurst area, she has played in the Jeunesses Musicales Canada program in Bathurst, Caraquet and Dieppe as well as in the Musique Saint-Joachim program in Bertrand. Estelle has also performed with some Acadian artists such as Sandra Lecouteur, Monique Poirier, Calixte Duguay, Michel Thériault. She is also a supernumerary violist at the Orchestre Symphonique de l'Estuaire in Rimouski (Quebec).

Although she has a classical background, Estelle is open to all styles of music projects and is always willing to try new experiences. She would love to be part of project with emergence artists.
