Jacob Holiday

Bluegrass, Country, Traditionnel
Rôle:

Jacob Holiday is a 19-year-old singer/songwriter from Saint John. When he was younger, he developed a love for classic Country and Bluegrass music. He began his solo career in 2017 when he was 16 years old and has since appeared on several local television shows and country music jamborees. With a bari-tenor voice and a guitar around his neck, he keeps the Honky Tonk sound alive, highly influenced by The Carter Family, Hank Williams, George Jones, Buck Owens, and Dolly Parton.

Jacob's latest release, "The Way It Used To Be," is now available on all streaming platforms, including Spotify and Apple Music. In addition, he has plans to release a full-length album of original work soon.

Jacob has also developed a rapport with younger audiences as a prince for "Perfectly Royal Princess Parties." This local startup, founded by Grace Finlay, gives children the chance to meet fairy tale royalty through storytimes, tea parties, and sing-alongs.

When he's not performing, he enjoys spending time with friends, listening to records, or taking photographs. Jacob attends St. Thomas University in Fredericton to receive his Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Journalism and Music.
