Becky Reesor (she/her) is an immersive pianist-composer based in Saint John, NB. Pairing original piano with large-scale projections, she turns concerts into spaces for curiosity.

Reesor is currently touring her latest album, Stop the Clock, a seated nature walk, snapshotting fleeting moments of Nature’s voice. Her newest compositions (Felt, Not Said, 2027) turn inward, exploring heart, gut, and senses. With a folk-inflected classical sound laced with jazz and electronic influence, her work has been featured on CBC Radio and presented in venues ranging from Scotland's historic Iona Abbey to arts centres across Atlantic Canada.

Since a small child, art has always been Becky's language: writing songs, arranging choir pieces, filling sketchbooks, sewing costumes — dancing simply to feel the energy move through her. As an adult she realized, she had lost her creative joy somewhere on the path of study and work. This sparked a journey of looking inward and reintroducing herself to various art forms. Now, through every performance, Reesor invites listeners into a space where they can meet music through various senses.

Alongside her performance career, Reesor runs an international online piano studio. In community settings, she hosts improvisation workshops both online and for in-person events. Becky holds a Master of Music from McGill University.
