Katie Schurman is a singer-songwriter currently based in Fredericton, NB.

In 2022, weeks after her 19th birthday, Katie broke into the Fredericton music scene with an undeniable passion, unrelenting self-expression, and a beautiful way with words. Though Katie may be far from her hometown of Embro, ON, her musical and familial roots are ever present in her writing. She pulls inspiration from 90's Pop, Classic Rock, and Americana storytelling.

Recent career highlights include a showcase at Fest Forward (2024), a performance at Perish Fest (2024), and a Snowdome performance at Shivering Songs (2025).
