Festival (506), Music·Musique NB's IRL annual music industry festival, is taking a scenic detour on the Superhighway! The 2020 edition will take place October 22-24 as a virtual event.
Musicians and music industry professionals will meet, attend conferences, and network through online platforms (recommended dress code: fuzzy pajamas pants), while the public can discover (or re-discover) amazing homegrown talent from the comfort of their own sofas.
"We know how important it is to have spaces where artists and audiences can connect and celebrate together," says Jean Surette, Executive Director of Music·Musique NB. "This is an opportunity for us to support our New Brunswick music industry while adapting to the ever-changing situation."
Music·Musique NB hopes to celebrate Festival (506)'s 15th anniversary in Edmundston, in 2021.
