Alex LeBlanc who is also known as (Upkvst). Is a 24 year old male, born and raised in Moncton, New Brunswick. He has been passionate about music since his early teens, when he first started listening to music, his biggest idols were Maroon 5, Blink 182, Eminem, Biggie Smalls and Tupac. This has changed since then but these were the people that fueled his drive and made him realize that he had talent.
When he creates music, it helps him heal and express his feelings. His goal is to make others relate to his craft so they can lean on his music to help guide them achieve greatness within their own lives, He truly believes that with hard work, anyone can achieve what they want in life and hes here to pass on positive vibes and words of courage.

Throughout his early teens Alex had a hard time feeling accepted throughout his community, he always felt like an Outkast, like he didn’t belong, and that no one understood the way he felt, Unfortunately that led him down a very dark path but he has come to the conclusion that Everything happens for a reason and he had to go through all of that to be where he is today. Alex is very confident about the future and knows that if he keeps everything positive, he will never go down that dark path again. Hence the UP in Upkvst.
