Fundy Sea Shanty Festival

Sea shanties are traditional tunes sung by sailors during work aboard ships and each song has a particular rhythm to match the task at hand. Anchored in the charming fishing village of St. Martins, New Brunswick, this event is a celebration of the sailors who helped shape nations during the age of sail. With a thrilling lineup of music, food, and entertainment, this event is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich history and culture of the maritime region.

You'll be treated to a diverse range of musical performances, featuring local and international talent. Sing and dance along to traditional sea shanties, folk songs, and other maritime melodies.

But the festival is not only about music - it's also a chance to indulge in delicious food, enjoy toe-tapping, knee-slapping fun, and immerse yourself in the past and present highlights of the stunning coastal Village of St. Martins. And be sure to take in the Harbour Bazaar which will feature 20+ of our region's talented craft and food vendors and live music.
